How do I register?
Just come to the Misc. Sale Window and get a bidder number. You will need an ID to get a number and the numbers change every sale. So you will need to register each sale you come to.
Does it cost anything to get a bidder number?
No! It is free to register to bid.
What is the commission to sell something?
For Livestock it varies per animal so please give us a call 719-347-2417 to get a better idea.
For Miscellanious - Varies per price sold
$0.00 - $4.99 - 50%
$5.00 - $19.99 - 30%
$20.00 - $149.00 - 25%
$150 & up - 20%
Small Animals - 25%
Hay - 10%
Titled Vehicles - 15%
What do I need to sell my animals?
You will need proof of ownership or a brand inspection to sell any animal that is required by the state to be branded. ex: Cattle
Other than those animals you will not need anything to bring them to sell.

What days do you have auctions?
We have our normal Livestock & Miscellaneous sale every Monday, besides major Holidays. (New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Christmas)
Miscellaneous Sale starts at 10:00 am
Livestock Sale starts at 11:00 pm
When can I pick up my check?
For the Miscellaneous Sale you can pick up your check about 20 mins after the end of the sale. Please just give us enough time to balance the sale. We do not mail these checks out!
For the Livestock please give us at least 20 mins after your animal has gone through the auction ring to get it into our system then you can either pick your check up right then and there or we will mail these checks out on Tuesday afternoon after the sale. You may also come in and pick your check up Tuesday morning before we go to mail them.
Can I bring my animals in on Sunday?
Yes. We have someone to unload your animals from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Where do I drop my animals off at?
There are two unloading chutes.
To unload larger animals such as cattle please go to the North side Dock House. There is a pull through chute.
To unload smaller animals such as pigs, goats, & sheep please go to the South side Dock House. You will back up to this unloading chute.
Where do I pick up my animals that I purchased?
Once you have paid for your animals you will get a load out paper. You will take this to the South side Dock House where you will back up to the chute and one of our employees will get your animals for you and load them into your trailer.
